D2 PropCo has forged excellent working relationships with local authorities and many areas of service that sit within the council. Working in partnership to provide comfortable and safe accommodation is our main focus.
"Just thought I would pass on the positive praise that I received off someone living at the new Gilfach Cynon he said the property is really nice and very tastefully done he was nervous about sharing accommodation but all that has gone now and he really likes it there. He also said Jamie (House manager) is very approachable."

"I wanted to write this email to draw attention to the efforts of one of your employees who made a huge difference to me during my stay at one of your properties in Merthyr Tydfil.
Thankfully, I have now been allocated a one-bedroom property and can now begin life afresh after a turbulent period in my life.
I have suffered with my mental health, mainly extreme social anxiety, for many years and suffice to say that being in a HMO was at times extremely difficult.
What mitigated the anxiety was the efforts of the house manager Gaz, whose good spirits and engaging with his clients made such a difference to me. There were many days when I thought I wouldn't get through it but being able to talk things through with Gaz, having him there on his visits to jolly me out of my depression and give me hope that a brighter future lay ahead of me was invaluable.
I wish there was more I could do to show my appreciation to a man who is both fair-minded and compassionate to the people in his care. His ability to lift my spirits and mood and make it easier to deal with a most stressful period of my life was most appreciated."
