Managers’ Responsibilities

Our house managers conduct daily visits to all properties.

Duties include

We have a dedicated and experienced team of 6 House managers and 1 Senior House Manager.  House managers visit their designated property and tenants daily (Mon-Fri) to check on their welfare and the condition of the property. If a tenant is not seen during the house visit the manager will try to make contact. Any issues are reported to the housing team and any maintenance issues are reported to our dedicated maintenance team. We also employ a team of cleaning contractors responsible for weekly cleaning of all properties.

There are CCTV cameras covering all communal parts of the property and each morning these cameras are checked by the managers.   A daily report is sent to the local authority housing team to inform of activity or to raise any issues that need addressing.  We endeavour to build an open and trusting relationship with all our clients and always make sure we take a psychological, trauma and ACE informed approach when necessary

All our House managers are fully trained and are aware of the importance of liaising very closely with local authorities to improve safeguarding.  With a shared knowledge of potential risks and how to manage them D2 Propco works collaboratively to ensure tenants are placed and supported to meet their individual needs.
