D2 Propco will provide weekly food packs and ensure all communal areas are cleaned weekly. Each property has CCTV and this is motion activated in all communal areas.
Our homes provide modern and stylish rooms with furniture packs sourced for each room and communal area which is priced into the service.
We work closely with local authorities to ensure we acquire properties in an area that provides easy access to a range of support services.
