“I would like to share a huge amount of praise and gratitude for our house manager, Morgan Coomer at D2 Propco. After becoming homeless in October 2025, myself and my children were placed in a hostel before moving into a D2 property, just two days before Christmas. This was an incredibly stressful, unsettling, and daunting time for us as a family. We were stepping into the unknown and had no idea what to expect.

From the very first day we arrived at the temporary property, Morgan made a lasting impression on me. He came across as polite, professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. The empathy he showed, along with his knowledge and understanding of temporary housing, instantly helped calm my nerves and put me at ease.

Morgan took the time to explain everything clearly, went through all the paperwork with patience, and answered every question or concern I had with kindness and understanding. Throughout our stay, he completed weekly visits consistently and professionally, always appearing positive, pleasant, chatty, and supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

Whenever I raised any issue or concern regarding the property, Morgan dealt with it quickly, professionally, and with plenty of reassurance. He truly helped make such a difficult and uncertain situation much more manageable and comforting for both myself and my children.

Morgan is an absolute credit to D2 Propco and I will forever be grateful for all the support, care, and kindness he has shown our family throughout this experience.
