Environmental Responsibility

D2 PropCo is committed to operating responsibly and reducing the environmental impact of our services. As a national provider of temporary accommodation, we manage a dispersed portfolio of residential properties and support a mobile workforce delivering daily property visits, resident support and maintenance activity. We recognise that these operations create an environmental footprint, and we are taking clear, proportionate steps to understand and reduce it.

Our Approach

We are strengthening our internal data processes, improving how we monitor energy use across our property portfolio, and identifying opportunities to reduce emissions while maintaining safe, stable and well‑managed homes for the people we support.

 Carbon Reduction Plan

D2 has published its Carbon Reduction Plan, which sets out:

• our baseline emissions for 2025
• the sources of our current carbon footprint
• the measures already in place to reduce emissions
• our planned actions for 2026–2030
• our long‑term commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050

The plan reflects our commitment to responsible environmental management and forms part of our wider governance framework.
