D2 Propco was established in 2017 with its main focus on producing high quality properties with the aim of providing vulnerable adults and young people a safe place to stay. We are a well-established organisation with properties located across several local authorities and we have forged excellent working relationships with the councils in these areas.

What is Temporary Accommodation?
Temporary accommodation is a housing arrangement that is designed to provide short term accommodation for individuals or families in need. This may be in the form of hostels, hotels, bed and breakfasts and other facilities that offer temporary and often basic living environment until a more permanent solution is found.
Temporary accommodation is produced to meet the needs of a person/family in need of temporary home. A dedicated team of extensively trained house managers are on-call 24/7 in order to provide a high level of service to both local authorities and the occupant(s).
