Local Residents

All D2 Propco properties are managed by highly qualified house managers who visit their properties daily.

Whilst we can’t always prevent incidents from occurring, we can assure that, with our 24/7 service and off site recording, incidents or concerns will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Accountability

Outside each of our properties there is a security sign providing contact details if required.

Safety First

There is CCTV in all properties and outside areas and daily checks are made.

Honesty

With young people, with commissioners, with each other. Including when the news is bad, the progress is slow, or the answer is no. Honesty is a discipline; we practise it daily.
