D2 PropCo provides short-term supportive housing for vulnerable people.
We strive to house people with no place to stay and to prevent people from becoming homeless. We provide a very high standard of service to local authorities and tenants by offering short-term supportive housing with a property management team which is available 24/7. We take the pressure off the council and manage all parts of the moving-in process, take a look at Our Services tab to find out more.
UASC Accommodation
This accommodation consists of a two-bedroom home which can accommodate two young people at one time. Each young person has their own private bedroom but all other facilities are communal, such as kitchen, bathroom, living room. Young people in a house will be of same sex and will have a key to their own room. Each room will be fully furnished.
16+ Secure Accommodation
D2 Propco provides emergency and short-term supportive housing support for vulnerable young people.
