Delivering cost effective housing solutions across borders
D2’s recent partnership with Flintshire Council is saving the Authority approximately £563,000, offering quality temporary accommodation and support.
As we celebrate the milestone of our 100th home, we continue to make a significant impact in Wales and are now proud to announce the launch of our first homes in England – broadening our reach and providing cost-saving solutions to other Local Authorities in the coming years.

We recently featured in an article by ‘The Standard’, who highlighted the benefits of the relationship between us and Flintshire Council.
“Among the more radical cost-saving measures in the 25/26 budget include Flintshire’s partnership with specialist temporary homelessness accommodation provider D2 Propco.
That has allowed the council to propose cutting spending on discretionary homelessness prevention, the No-one Left Out initiative and the strategic homelessness coordinator role – saving around £563,000.”

Celebrating Apprenticeship week and impact on our communities at D2!
This February, we’re proud to celebrate Apprenticeship Week by recognising the incredible contributions of our apprentices.
A special shoutout to Sam Griffiths, who was named Employee of the Month! Sam’s dedication, hard work, and growth have made a lasting impact, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see his achievements!
We’re also excited to highlight our ongoing commitment to supporting the community. As part of our efforts, we’ve provided single-person accommodation for adults within our communities, since our journey began in 2017, ensuring that those who need a safe, stable living environment can thrive.
At D2, we’re passionate about not only developing the talent of tomorrow but also making a positive difference in the lives of individuals today. Here’s to a future full of growth, opportunity and community support!
