Os na welir tenant yn ystod yr ymweliad \u00e2&#039;r t\u0177, bydd y rheolwr yn ceisio cysylltu. Adroddir am unrhyw broblemau i&#039;r t\u00eem tai ac adroddir am unrhyw broblemau cynnal a chadw i&#039;n t\u00eem cynnal a chadw ymroddedig. Rydym hefyd yn cyflogi t\u00eem o gontractwyr glanhau sy&#039;n gyfrifol am lanhau pob eiddo yn wythnosol.<\/p><p>Mae camer\u00e2u teledu cylch cyfyng yn gorchuddio pob rhan gymunedol o&#039;r eiddo a phob bore mae&#039;r rheolwyr yn gwirio&#039;r camer\u00e2u hyn.
