Sefydlwyd yn 2017 trwy brynu a thrwsio eiddo i safon uchel, gyda'r nod o ddarparu lle diogel i fyw i oedolion ac ieuenctid sydd yn agored i niwed. Rydym yn sefydliad sefydledig gyda eiddo yng Nghaerffili, Caerdydd, Merthyr Tudful, Casnewydd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Abertawe, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr a Torfaen. Rydym wedi meithrin perthnasoedd rhagorol \u00e2'r Cynghorau a'u staff yn yr ardaloedd hyn.<\/p><p>Yn D2 PropCo, rydym yn ymfalch\u00efo mewn cynnig tai diogel, o ansawdd uchel i'r rhai mewn angen, gan osgoi defnyddio B&amp;B's costus, amhersonol ac anacdonol. Rydym yn darparu cymorth tai cymorthol brys a chyfnod byr ledled De Cymru, gan osgoi defnyddio gwely a brecwast ac dileu'r angen i bobl gysgu ar y stryd. Nid ydym ni'n ddarparwyr gofal. Rydym yn rhan o fecanism cymorth ehangach. Gall ein rheolwyr tai profiadol iawn, os oes angen, weithio'n agos gyda gweithwyr cymdeithasol, gofalwyr ac awdurdodau lleol i sicrhau bod pobl agored i niwed yn teimlo'n ddiogel, eu galluogi a'u harwain yn ystod eu hamser yn ein llety.
