Fe\u2019i sefydlwyd yn 2017 trwy brynu ac adnewyddu eiddo i safon uchel, gyda\u2019r nod o ddarparu lle diogel i oedolion a phobl ifanc sy\u2019n agored i niwed i fyw ynddo. Rydym yn sefydliad sydd wedi hen ennill ei blwyf gydag eiddo yng Nghaerffili, Caerdydd, Merthyr Tudful, Casnewydd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Abertawe, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr a Thorfaen. Rydym wedi meithrin perthynas ardderchog gyda&#039;r Cynghorau a&#039;u staff yn y meysydd hyn.<\/p><p>Yn D2 Propco rydym yn ymfalch\u00efo yn ein gallu i gynnig tai diogel o ansawdd uchel i&#039;r rhai mewn angen, gan osgoi defnyddio llety gwely a brecwast drud, amhersonol ac anymarferol. Rydym yn darparu cymorth tai brys a thymor byr ledled De Cymru, gan osgoi defnyddio llety gwely a brecwast a dileu&#039;r angen i bobl gysgu ar y stryd. Nid ydym yn ddarparwyr gofal. Rydym yn rhan o fecanwaith cymorth ehangach. Gall ein rheolwyr tai profiadol iawn, os oes angen, gysylltu&#039;n agos \u00e2 gweithwyr cymdeithasol, gofalwyr ac awdurdodau lleol i sicrhau bod pobl agored i niwed yn teimlo&#039;n ddiogel, wedi&#039;u galluogi a&#039;u harwain yn ystod eu hamser yn ein llety.
